Job Description

The Team Leader is expected to:

  • Support the team manager and perform management duties when manager is absent or out of office
  • Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in leading a Team is a MUST
  • Above average computer skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented
  • KPI conscious
  • Strong analytical skills to read, analyze and interpret date, reports, and procedure
  • Willing to work 6 DAYS A WEEK from MONDAY TO SATURDAY
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati or other parts of Metro Manila (San Juan, Pasig, Pasay, Paranaque)
