Project Supervisor  

Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility, with minimal supervision, for the management of multiple simultaneous projects
• Liaison with third-party vendors and partners specific for each project
• Prepares Project Briefs and communicate objectives of projects to team
• Allocates tasks and coordinates and monitors progress of all team members
• Ensures that projected timelines are being met and executed on a daily basis
• Produces documentation that is thorough, accurate, and clearly written
• Performs quality assurance in all outputs required in the project
• Creates presentations of projects and proposals
• Participates in team decision-making about corporate decisions and process improvement

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (IT, Web Development, Videography, Photography, Social Media)
• Strong project management skills
• Strong background in Accounting and ability to analyze financial data
• Has keen eye for detail, highly organized, flexible, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other business applications
• Analytical and technical thinking across multiple areas of responsibility
• Intermediate to good awareness of business issues and how they impact overall project plans
• Some business travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in projects related to website development, social media marketing, and video production
