Job Description
- Manages the overall Restaurant Operations of various branches. The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established. Involved in making strategic decision and important policies as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Handles everything from facilities management to customer service.
- Ensure safety and efficiency of restaurant operations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
- Requires an extensive years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Leads and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports directly to top management. Directly manages and directs Operational staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Atleast 5 years experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role;
- Experience with opening new branches is an advantage
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Financial management skills
- BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
