Job Description
- This position is responsible for management of warehouse : raw materials, packaging materials, kitchen supplies, cleaning materials, tools and equipment and finished good
- Managing and training of warehouse staff
- Setting and posting of par stock per raw materials, packaging, kitchen supplies, cleaning materias and tools & equipment and kitchen fuel
- Ensure proper process flow of the warehouse frowm weighing, counting and materials issuance
- Submits accourate on-time weekly inventory reports and summary of issued recipes
- Guarantees that all raw materials are issued to production accurately and on-time, by checking signed copies of materials issuance forms
Minimum Qualifications
- Male
- Graduate of any 4 year course preferably BS Business Administration
- With at least 2 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor in a Food/Restaurant Industry
- Computer literate preferably with knowledge in Quick Books
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Specialties such as classic desserts borne out of homemade, family tested recipes gave them the confidence to offer their products. The company primarily Desserts and Breads to coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food chains at wholesale prices.
