  • Human resources experience of at least 2+ years with relevant academic degrees, such as a BSc/BA in business administration or human resources. Additional HR training/certifications and desirable and demonstrate commitment.
  • You have the drive to help Filipinos become leaders in tech and support the country’s start-up and corporate ecosystem by making it possible for people to learn, advance in, and apply high-value technology skills.
  • Excellent people management skills and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. You are the type of person who is approachable that colleagues and students can come to when they are trying to solve problems, or require assistance.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, technical, stress)
  • Strong decision making skills and ability to screen candidates resumes and job app.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will work with management and employees on a broad range of responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, maintaining of employee records, payroll reporting and more. Activities will include:

  • Interface directly with technical recruiters to manage foreign recuiting processes
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and employee retention.
  • Manage various online recruiting channels and networks to find and recruit top talent for technical and IT positions.
  • With full cycle recruiting experience, you will attract, screen, select and onboard suitable candidates to fill our job openings and become fully integrated.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, including implementing systems such as HR databases, applicant tracking systems and content management (CMS).
  • Act as point of contact for recruiting students, instructors and corporate partners to build influential relationships during selection processes.
  • We like to work with people who can be creative, think outside-the-box and finish projects in a timely manner with attention to detail.
