Job Description
- Windows and Database Server management and maintenance
- Installation and maintenance of end-user IT Equipment and tools (i.e. Hardware, Software, Peripherals) with strict compliance to standard
- Windows and other software upgrade and installation; includes configuration of company ERP and other in-house developed programs
- Provide first level technical assistance and support to address an end-user concern
- Structured cabling and network installation and configuration
- Conduct physical preventive maintenance of Data Centre, hardware and networking peripherals
- Hardware, Software and Licenses inventory monitoring and document control
- Perform and monitor daily file and database back-up
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related course
- With advanced knowledge in Windows and Database Server Management
- Knowledge in Visual Studio Programming and Crystal Reports development is an advantage
- Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft or ITIL) is a plus but not required
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
