Job Description
- Maintian Electrical System
- Maintain and monitor fire pump
- Maintain back-up power generator
- Maintain and monitor operation of Centralized Air Compressor
- Maintain and monitor FDAS
- Minor plumbing works and maintenance
- Building water supply
- Minor repainting and upkeep of facility
- CCTV and Network cable functionality
- Site Maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Graduate of Vocational Course (Electrical Technology, Aircon and Electronics Technology).
- Preferably with TESDA NC2 certificate .
- At least two (2) years experience in building maintenance as Facilities Technician (Electrical, Plumbing, Aircon and Basic painting works).
- Knowledgeable in Electrical installation and troubleshooting (lights and power).
- With experience in Aircon Cleaning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office and can communicate through email.
- Can prepare basic Technical report for the work done.
- Willing to work from different site whenever is needed.
- Can do work with minimal supervision and willing to do other task whenever is necessary.
