Duration of the Training Programme: 52 Weeks
Objectives of the Position: By being selected as the Functional Management Trainee, you are supposed to acquire a full scope of well-founded knowledge about the organization, the procedures and the working system according to company Standards and Policies.
Above all, tasks and techniques of management are to be intensely trained, learned and put into practice.
A Functional Management Trainee should, after the 52 weeks training, be able to work at Manager level.
The Functional Functional Management Trainee is to be instructed and counseled by the Functional Executive Committee or a designate. The Excom has an overall responsibility for the guidance to Functional Management Trainee. The General Manager together with the Human Resources Director and Training & Development Manager are responsible for the process of the whole training programme.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be from top performing hospitality institutions
- Must be from top ranks of performing students or organizations
