Job Description
- Can present ideas and solutions to all concern and requirements when needed.
- Creating event proposals which fit in the requirements and presenting proposals by deadline.
- Liaise to look and work with suppliers, contractors, production- staff, and many other parties or activities at the same time if necessary.
- Can work with less supervision and maintain great result even in under pressure: coordinators need to remain calm during crisis and the high pressure of an event in progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Non-Verbal)
- Computer Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Organization Skills
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Optimistic, high- spirit, motivated and result oriented.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Photo or video editing is a plus.
- Can manage conversation by phone or personal – dealing with diverse language.
