• Monitoring status of EMC SAN and Synology NAS
• Manage DELL and IBM physical servers.
• Manage and maintain Symantec SEP Sever
• Manage PRTG monitoring system
• Manage RTX Server
• Daily Server status checking and upgrade

Client and desktop system support

• Windows 7 / 10, Microsoft Office software and mail support.

· User account creation management and trouble shooting.

· Computer hardware, accessories, printer maintenance and trouble shooting.

· Client operating system installation and software test

· System security and anti-virus software maintenance

· IP phone configuration and install

· Writing / update standard operation procedure for daily works.

· FTP setup and VLAN configuration

· Ekran System and client daily check

Office / Server Room and network device routine check

• Server device, temperature and humidity check

· UPS voltage and regular server room facility check

· Office LAN network maintenance and trouble shooting

• CCTV system and camera maintenance
