Job Description
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Implements HRIS and other organizational tools for efficient management of files.
- Establishes sourcing, recruiting, and hiring program. Makes sure HR team hires the best people possible. Counsels managers and officers on candidate selection;
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation.
- Spearheads performance management program. Ensures appraisal of employees periodically;
- Encourages and motivates employees;
- Maintains a salary plan by conducting a periodic pay survey; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; recommending, planning and implementing salary structure revision;
- Identifies training needs. Prepares and implements Training Plan;
- Hears and resolve employee grievances; counsels employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management;
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal/labor requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records representing the organization at hearings;
- Implements management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records;
- Completes human resources, operational requirements;
- Analysis exit interviews; recommending changes;
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- With experience in Sourcing, Recruitment, Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Compensation and Wage Structure, Employee Relations, Labor law, Organizational Development Training
- With experience in implementing or using an HRIS
- At least 5 years experience in similar capacity
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
