- Develop and Come up with a business plan, product strategy and budget to drive business growth
- Work closely with the Sales Team and Technical team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Conduct market study / research to keep up to date with current and emerging trend and technologies , as well as being knowledgeable on the features, market share of the products from competitors.
- Plan and execute Marketing Campaigns to promote product sales. These campaigns could be done as a standalone marketing effort for Netrust or, more commonly in collaboration with the Product Principal. These campaigns may be in different forms such as Networking Night, Lunch and Learn Events, Conferences, Tradeshows, Email Marketing Campaigns, Linkedin Marketing Campaign.
- Act as a Business Development manager for the particular product/products assigned and engage end user directly to drive new sales/ business.
- Deliver and Report Regular Product Sales Forecast
- Come up with a stack of marketing collaterals for the assigned product/s that would help the sales team sell and market the products.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree (CS, IT, Eng, Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent) Knowledge and experience in Product / Business Development role with a Demonstrated success launching and growing excellent products
- Highly accurate and keen attention to details especially in doing Profit and Loss calculations
- Experience in Network and Network Security business
- Must be very comfortable in working with Microsoft Excel
- Strong Business acumen and Technical Aptitude
- Loves driving business growth
- Excited with the idea of being a mini- CEO for the assigned products, but embraces all the challenges, adjustments that come with the role
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
