Job Description
Sales (Primary Role):
- Implement a sound sales plan that is aligned with the company's strategic direction. Plan should involve establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Ensure success of the sales team direct reports by helping them meet and exceed individual targets and development plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, C- level executives and key strategic partners/distributors.
- Cultivate and Maintain A Few Major and Key Strategic Accounts aside from helping team members cultivate their own accounts
- Close monitoring of all accounts by ensuring sales team maximizes the use of CRM and other sales tools.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
- Ensure Meeting or Exceeding Group Revenue and Profit Margin Targets
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Meet with key clients, assisting the sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Any other sales and marketing related strategic activities assigned by the CEO
Marketing(Secondary Role):
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities by planning different events, and strategizing and updating the corporate Linkedin account.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
- Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- More than 3 year experience managing a sales team
- Have built strong connections and relationship in the IT Security Field
