As a PROCESS SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for various support functions dealing with commission recovery and reconciliation services for our clients.
Tasks include accurate registration of payment information based from client documents received, analysis and interpretation of stay data provided by partner entities along with customer support roles through voice and email follow-ups.
Overall, you are expected to be efficient and adaptable to both clerical and analytical functions as required by the task at hand.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year continuous working experience preferably customer service / travel / hotel / back-office oriented background
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills; foreign language competence is a plus
- High level of clerical aptitude and accuracy
- Computer literate and can type 35wpm and above
- Decisive with excellent analytical and comprehension skills
- Works well with a team and independently as well
- Proactive, resourceful and goal oriented having high consideration for quality and quantity
- Open to learning new things and trainable
- Possess good people skills
