Job Description
- Payroll, government benefits, and personal income tax matters:
- Monitor salary and government benefits operation; ensure all compensation & benefits for employees following labor regulation as well as Bosch practices.
- Receive and resolve employee’s questions regarding payroll, government benefits, employee benefits and taxation matters in collaboration with HRLs.
- Improve processes related to payroll, government benefits, and PIT.
- Compensation and benefits management:
- Conduct HR Mercer salary and benefits surveys.
- Propose improved schemes or design new schemes for management’s approval to enhance company’s attractiveness internally and to external talents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
