Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develops and manages the plan surrounding project/program engagements. Managing may include but is not limited to interdependencies, dependencies, communications, scope, changes, risks, and issues
- Sets realistic and practical goals for projects/programs while developing appropriate strategies for achieving those goals
- Documents communications, risks, and issues thoroughly and professionally
- Measures project/program performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provides project/program status reporting to applicable audiences and tailors reporting to fit the audience
- Utilizes best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project/program execution
- Assists in developing workflow, processes, and procedures for the department
- A resource for and mentor to those new to the project management team

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management / program management
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), interpersonal, and consensus-building skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to handle ambiguity, change, and competing demands
- Experience with Kanban or Scrum, an advantage
- Experience with Smartsheet software, an advantage
