Job Description
- The Technical Associate will assist the Executive Director with facilities management (maintenance, repairs, etc.).
Mainly through project management and monitoring - He/she will constantly monitor projects and their status,
- Coordinate among other units as well as within the unit,
- Assist in the general clerical workload; and
- Ensure proper documentation of records management.
- Review, modify and create systems as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Achitecture, Civil Engineering or other related majors
- Preferable with experience in coordinating with outsourced service providers
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good command of the English language (oral and written)
- Ability to multi-task effecitively and has a keen eye for details
- Experience with project management, facilities management (FM), CAD, and drafting/engineering practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Sketch Up and AutoCAD
- Can manage time well and work under pressure
- With 2-5 years of experience
- Fresh grads/non-Engineering or Architecture grads are also welcome to apply
