- Doing research division’s other administration matters
- Sending the research reports to clients’ emails
- Maintaining investor meeting schedule and support the Director
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Diligence is a must
- Computer skills (excel, word and power point)
