Job Description

As Quality Assurance Inspector your role is to ensure operational excellence. Your responsibility is to audit the branches on the areas of visual merchandising, service and hospitality, shift management, facilities upkeep, internal controls and compliance to company rules and regulations.

  • Conducts quarterly store evaluation
  • Checks branch compliance to category management guidelines
  • Checks branch compliance to marketing guidelines
  • Checks availability of marketing collaterals
  • Checks proper handling of products with embargo
  • Checks if there are no obsolete marketing collaterals visible to customers
  • Checks compliance to uniform and grooming standards
  • Checks if permits are complete and up to date and displayed at the designated area defined by the LGU
  • Checks cash sales of previous day
  • Checks general fund for completeness
  • Checks cashier’s fund
  • Conducts on the spot checking of current day’s cash sales per cashier
  • Checks cashier’s performance for shortages and overages and if shortages are within the monthly allowance
  • Checks daily sales report against cash tender and against deposit slips
  • Ensures Official Receipt is attached to void transaction
  • Checks branch admin assistant’s performance
  • Conducts special investigation for stores as mandated by Operations Head
  • Validates timekeeping record against guard's logbook
  • Validates questionable receipts by coordinating with the vendors
  • Prepares quarterly report or immediate feedback as necessary
  • Emails SPR findings to the branch, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Business Analytics group and Operations Head

Minimum Qualifications

  • With 2- 5 years related experience
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to details
  • Decision making and judgement
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Job requires regular travel
