Job Description

As Customer Service Representative you are responsible for responding to customers' requests and inquires via phone, email or social networks. Processes fax orders, orders through the NBS Website and social networks, institutional orders, including processing of credit card or cash payment and arranging for delivery. You also help the Stores and Corporates Sales team in sourcing stocks for their customer/clients.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

  • Checks email/fax for request from the branches.
  • Inquires with Buyers on titles not available in Warehouse and checks if the same is for regular order or if suggested for special order.
  • Process special orders of titles not locally available.
  • Monitor online order status, specifically payment advice from customer.
  • Answer phone inquiries about the products
  • Forwards customer complaints to appropriate department.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Associate Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Customer service oriented, Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Multi-tasking to fast paced environment
  • Computer literate
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • BPO / Call Center experience is an advantage
  • Flexible to shifting schedules - Operation is from 6am to 12mn with 3 shifts
  • willing to work in Cubao
