Job Description
- Generating Sales Lead.
- Maintaining enquiry book.
- Responding to enquires by sending quotations.
- Following up with clients after sending quotations.
- Getting samples ready for approvals.
- Following up with clients for sample approval & advance payment.
- Receiving orders as per the guidelines stipulated by the organization.
- Maintaining Order Sheets.
- Coordinating with Merchandisers for order status, shipment, invoice etc.
- Preparing & sending Pro-forma Invoices.
- High Value Prospects & Resellers.
- Ensure Collections are as per terms.
- To retain clients on completion of the orders as well.
- Assist in Team Building, grooming of the Sales Team.
- Other jobs assigned by the management time to time.
