Job Description

  • Generating Sales Lead.
  • Maintaining enquiry book.
  • Responding to enquires by sending quotations.
  • Following up with clients after sending quotations.
  • Getting samples ready for approvals.
  • Following up with clients for sample approval & advance payment.
  • Receiving orders as per the guidelines stipulated by the organization.
  • Maintaining Order Sheets.
  • Coordinating with Merchandisers for order status, shipment, invoice etc.
  • Preparing & sending Pro-forma Invoices.
  • High Value Prospects & Resellers.
  • Ensure Collections are as per terms.
  • To retain clients on completion of the orders as well.
  • Assist in Team Building, grooming of the Sales Team.
  • Other jobs assigned by the management time to time.
