Job Description
Job Summary:
Under the close supervision of the GM for Sales and Customer Service, the Customer Service Associate is responsible for monitoring all the stocks inside the warehouse and the preparation of all the pertinent documents therein. The position is also responsible for coordination with the superior as well as the clients on the status of stocks and incoming shipments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors all out going deliveries and incoming shipments by coordinating with warehouse personnel and service providers
- Updates stock inventory report of each customer to guarantee availability of stocks
- Prepares delivery/outbound documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Order, Shipping Instruction & sends to warehouse and customer
- Prepares Purchase Order based on instruction from Sales PIC and sends to supplier
- Follows up with supplier the status of Purchase Order as well as the shipping details to ensure accurate shipment transaction
- Monitors with broker the status of incoming shipments to ensure timely arrival in warehouse
- Prepares inbound documents such as goods received note, supplier invoice, estimated cost, and billing to broker/ service provider.
- Follows up forecast from customers to ensure timely ordering of stocks
- Processes insurance application of damaged goods
- Follows up delivery schedule with customer to ensure that distribution of services is on time and of high quality
- Updates the outstanding Sales Orders and Trading Contracts in SAP to ensure accuracy of records
- Consolidate ISO Supplier Survey and update report
- Consolidate customer evaluation and update report
- Performs other related work which may be assigned by the leader or manager from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Customs Administration or any related course
- With at least 2 years experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven skills in import and export transactions (shipments)
- Good interpersonal skills and has an above average communication and efficient follow up skills
- Highly organize and can apply time management
- Very good working knowledge of business financial software and logistics
- Can work under pressure and has eagerness to learn new things.
