Job Description
As a Statistician, you will be in-charge of doing the following tasks:
- Conduct Tests & Trials as delegated by the immediate superior
- Extract Analytical/ Statistical Report from the conducted trials
- Send in recommendations from the statistical data gathered to the team
Minimum Qualifications
Required Experience
- 2-3 yrs experience in Agricultural and/or Agri-business setting
- At least 1 yr experience as a statistician
- Adept in programming and data analysis
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge in banana operations/activities
- In depth knowledge of ANOVA, SPSS, SAS, Multivariate analysis and understanding of statistical techniques
- Knowledge on basic statistical tools and research layout, design and analysis
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent quantitative skills and be able to perform complex research
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
