Job Description
As an HR & Admin Head you will ensure the execution of the approved deliverable on HR & Admin Programs in the assigned area such as:will be responsible for the following:
- Carry on HR approved process for all HR responsibilities;
- Works and maintains HR Farm Team for necessary HR deliverable;
- Submit highlights for tasks done weekly and per period;
- Carry on day to day Farm operations and address employee's concerns;
- Works with Farm Management for issues and concerns and solve them with the team;
- Manages proper documentations & ensure proper employee handling;
- Works with Outside Labor Contractors for the deployed Laborers;
- Works to ensure compliance to the policies of Dept. of Labor & Employment;
- Receives concerns & issues related to Farm employees & operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-years solid experience in all HR facet, as Senior HR Head/Manager;
- Knowledgeable in Recruitment And Selection, Basic Knowledge In Labor Relations;
- Basic Knowledge In;
- Organizational Succession Planning And Career Management
