Job Description

  • Responsible for the enablement/integration of FinTech solutions into the businesses of key partners
  • Responsible for the achievement of targets and objectives across the nominated client accounts generated from the FinTech solutions
  • Applies knowledge and skills through handling complex problems and coordinating activities and resources which may extend beyond own area of expertise
  • Contributes to the development of specialist offerings and new tools and methods
  • Seeks innovative ways to expand the business scope of new and existing contracts
  • Develops key relationships with executive-level decision makers in targeted companies and with external experts across the industry
  • Manages costs and profitability for large projects
  • Assesses the business requirements of customers and provides appropriate solutions that satisfy their business, operational and financial requirements
  • Creates and then leads virtual teams (encompassing legal, regulatory, finance, technical, marketing, sales etc.) to develop client solutions
  • Fully scopes business development proposals, including assessment of partner capabilities
  • Plans and executes joint activities with clients
  • Develops key relationships with senior decision makers, internally or externally
  • Works with the appropriate sales and presales teams and legal and finance to negotiate final customer contracts which are acceptable to MYNT or its subsidiaries and the end-user
  • Conducts TOWS analysis and relationship mapping for their accounts
  • Actively supports company policies and best practices in the area of quality and security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information
  • Projects and maintains at all times a professional and highly competent image of MYNT and its capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

A. Work Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of work related experience managing corporate development customers, Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship roles
  • Business development skills gained from product development, trade marketing or enterprise development
  • Strong partnership development, relationship management and persuasive selling skills

B. Level of Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration and Management, Microfinance, Communications or equivalent
