Data Monetization Manager  

The Data Monetization Lead/Manager will spearhead the development of data-centric products, and collaborate frequently with external partners on projects that require integration; to allow us to offer enhanced products and services via multiple channels, primarily GCash. He/she shall be working closely with highly technical internal teams such as data science, infrastructure, and software development teams to ensure a coordinated approach when engaging strategic partners. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that products and enhancements are held to a high standard, and are rolled out within an acceptable period.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in technical product management, corporate strategy, or management consulting, preferably in the technology/telecom/finance industry
• Experience managing and structuring partnership agreements in a fast-paced environment; including handling of technical and contractual challenges
• Effective relationship-building skills and attention to detail; including the ability to influence all levels of management, cross-functionally and externally, and to represent the company in commercial discussions
• Possesses the ability to generate and conceptualize different strategic approaches through the utilization of various frameworks and techniques, and has the capability to identify and pin-point gaps and provide prudent solutions
• Demonstrated the ability to understand, clarify, and summarize and translate complex issues into simple and plain language
• Proven track record of respecting confidentiality and maintaining appropriate levels of discretion, especially when discussing and handling sensitive corporate information
