Lead consumer market insights team that will Drive improvement in user acquisition, lifecycle, and retention with up-to-date and rich insights coming from various research methodologies. Enhance products, app features, and processes with an effective evaluation process and rich quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Become key insight driver of business direction and strategy with powerful consumer and market knowledge.
To drive Market/Competitive Analysis, regular updating and validation of targeting and segmentation, enrich user lifecycle with key insights and lead product validation with usability testing and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years minimum from tech/FMCG/Research firm company
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Collaborative and accommodating to peers
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong knowledge in various research methodologies
- Expertise in analytical skills and data-heavy insights
- Working knowledge in statistics and data science is a plus
