Job Description

  • Design standards, processes, SLAs, SOPs and service warranties to deal with cases that happen frequently in our operations
  • Monitor and improve daily functions in our operations
  • Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
  • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
  • Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
  • Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing business operations and people management
  • Working experience in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is a plus
  • Strong people management skills and experience leading large teams. You can set the tone for your team and drive towards results, while being empathetic to your teams’ challenges. EQ is a must.
  • Analytical Thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights for your team.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A creative, solutions-focused approach, with a focus on achieving results.
  • An entrepreneurial DNA.
  • An eye for great talent and the ability to unlock the potential of high performing teams.
  • Leadership by example. Able to motivate, inspire and create an inclusive and positive work environment for all.
