Job Description
- Handle customers' calls, contacts, and emails regarding:
- Account inquiries
- Complaints
- Support inquiries
- Provide end-to-end customer service.
- Take full ownership to resolve customer queries and deliver what matters to the customer on the first call/email.
- Proactively identify and raise areas for process/policy improvement through the appropriate channels to prevent further customer issues.
- Integrate key learning into operations to help support customer advocacy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field/course.
- Fluent in conversational English.
- Has the following skills:
- Good communication and presentation.
- Good negotiation.
- Account management.
- Customer support.
- Documentation.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to multitask.
- Has keen attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to collaborate with a team of passionate and hardworking people.
- Willing to work in BGC, Makati or Paranaque.
