Job Description
- Develop and implement the Brand and Marketing strategy in conjunction with the team.
- Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
- Oversee implementation of the Marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Work closely with the company’s core team through marketing and brand strategy guidance.
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the Marketing team.
- Ensure that the marketing objectives are implemented by the Marketing team.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Most importantly, be willing to collaborate and create great content with a team of like-minded and passionate individuals to make a difference in the company, the Philippines and the world as a whole.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any Marketing related field/course.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in any Marketing field.
- Proven track record of success in Senior Marketing roles.
- Confident, smart, driven, and a dynamic leader.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to collaborate with a team of passionate and hardworking people.
- Willing to work in BGC or Makati.
