Job Description
We’re looking for young, organized, and responsible individuals with a passion for developing business.
We expect that you’re a self-starter. You will be directly working with the CEO and COO for special projects related to real-estate.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new or potential market opportunities
- Identify new or potential buyer personal, profile, segmentation, and opportunities
- Develop new business or special projects based on opportunities
- Strategize a plan on capturing newly identified market opportunities
- Identify, create, and maintain relationship with key partners or accounts
- Coordinate with marketing and sales team to develop strategy for these newly identified market opportunities
- Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and user feedback
- Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets
Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years business development position in any industry
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and strategize on them.
- Knowledge on channels for market, industry, and competitive intelligence
- Professional knowledge of business development
- Strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great in building and maintaining client relationships
- Very strong sales & negotiation skills
- Great Team Player
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Analytical and Planning Skills
Nice to have Qualifications (Not required but nice to have):
- At least 2 years business development position/function in real estate industry
- At least 2 years of B2C sales experience
Exceptional Qualifications (Not required but great to have):
- Has experienced starting own business/enterprise venture
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience spearheading expansions to new territories
