Job Description

Accounting and financial planning, management and reporting

  • Assist in cost and price modeling for the Company’s product and service offerings
  • Perform profit margin analysis for Company’s product/service offerings and units
  • Give recommendations to increase shareholder and company values

Government regulations and requirements processing

  • Prepare required reports/documents in compliance with generally-accepted accounting principles and government agency regulations
  • Secure necessary documents for the renewal of business permits/ licenses, etc.

Financial Reporting

  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Weekly cash position reporting
  • Bank records reconciliation
  • Rolling monthly/quarterly budget preparation, for presentation to the executive management team
  • Monthly preparation of budgets vs. actual financial reports
  • Monthly preparation of financial highlights for presentation and reporting to the executive management team/board of directors

Office administration

  • Manage day to day office activities
  • Manage company assets
  • Review current process; recommend process improvement
  • File/ records management
  • Provide admin support to employees

Manage internal corporate initiatives

  • Town hall meetings
  • Employee engagement programs
