Job Description
- Perform analysis and identification of the needed activities and its requirements and interact with systems users to identify the chances of productivity enhancement, system integration, and cost control
- Verify development of implemented processes through factual inspection and document and report progress to concerned parties
- Review, analyze and define business processes and its changes, needs assessment and system requirements.
- Serve as interface between departments, support teams, and end users and provide immediate assistance as needed.
- Coordinate with external and internal programmers and concerned parties to establish the technical understanding and analyze usability against performance needs.
- Oversee system development from conceptualization to end-user application/acceptance.
- Recommend systems solutions based on the current and future business requirements.
- Develop presentation materials on process implementations and address concerns related to the presentations made to end user.
- Assist in the preparation of orientation materials and conduct of orientation of concerned parties on the actual application of new and modified processes.
- Supervise and provide training, develop and maintain end user documentation related to the administrative system.
- In the overall implementation of new system, system modifications and expansion and system enhancements and assist in the preparation of business process mapping and departmental procedures.
- System audit to determine conformance to corporate policies and procedures, investigate non-conformance, report audit results and feedback and monitor implementation of resolutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Analyst/Admin or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in the distribution business and a strong technical background is an advantage.
- Remarkable organizational, leadership and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and management skills.
- With Active Directory & SAP experience
- Applicants must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila on a Monday to Friday compressed work schedule.
- Preference will be given to applicants who can start ASAP
