Job Description
Be responsible for the following:
- Sales Achievement
- Plan, execute, monitor, and achieve 100% of sales targets.
- People Management
- Monitor, discipline, mentor, and prepare activities to maximize activities.
- Customer Service Relations
- Assist and manage customers' complaints and returns.
- Store General Administration
- Manage and plan maintenance of the shop.
- Reporting System & Inventory management
- Ensure accurate inventory and on-time submission of accurate reports.
- Local Store Marketing
- Plan, strategize, and monitor marketing plans.
- Visual Merchandising
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation program.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience in merchandising and operations preferably in retail stores.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized and can work with no supervision.
- Has keen attention to details.
