Assistant Product Controller/Specialist  

Sales Tools Creation

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams in creating and preparing products for monthly sampling.
• Assist the Trade Marketing Associate in preparation of monthly product lineup deck to be presented to accounts during sampling schedules.
• Work closely with Operations Team in preparing products and delivery of samples.
• Ensure that products are in good condition, properly documented, labelled, recorded to the system and packed properly.
• Understand the needs and complexities of accounts to be able to recommend mixed merchandise and marketing activities which will be a fit for the accounts.
• Communicate with Sales Team and arrange sampling and showroom visits schedules.
• Collect and report sampling results to the Sales Team for documentation and product study.
• Recommend products for sampling based on customers perceptions and buyer ideas.
• Ensure that the showroom is always ready for sampling.

Account Activity Management (In Store Activity, Point of Sales Materials, and Promotions)

• Assist the Trade Marketing Associate during trade marketing activities.
• Ensure that all activities are consistent with brand messaging and strategy and that corresponding legal and administrative requirements, if any, are met.
• Look for the most efficient solutions to be used in the activities, in terms of costs, lead time, quality and ensure that the amount to be spent for the activity is within budget.
• Distribute materials and implement activities in a timely manner, making sure that objectives are met especially the sales target.
• Prepare documentations for activities and process necessary documents to close the activity especially liquidation and evaluation.
• Work with internal and external teams to gather feedback, to read and report results of activities, and to provide recommendations.
• Establish good coordination with the different teams involved in the process: Sales, Marketing, Finance, 3rd Party Manpower Provider, account and other internal or external partners.

Administrative Efficiency

• Facilitate and monitor all Trade Marketing sampling and showroom visits.
• Maintain an updated record of Trade Marketing Sampling and Showroom visits per account.
• Coordinate to the Trade Marketing Team Leader any suggestions, plans and ideas for the team.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing or any related course
• At least one-year work experience in the related field is a plus
• Experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage
• Remarkable organizational, assessment and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
