- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
- Solving password problems
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
- Responding to breakdowns
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Supervising junior engineering and technical staff
- Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or equivalent is an advantage
- Leadership Skill is an advantage.
- Required skill(s): • Extensive experience in diagnosing & trouble shooting both software and hardware system issues. Website maintenance, Intermediate Photoshop skills.
- Required language(s): English and Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Must have a professional behavior w/ good moral character.
- Strong interest in equipment technology
- Must be willing to travel to regional and overseas at any time for product & service training
