- Efficient & Prompt Scheduling of Weekly & Monthly Receivables.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepare and Type accurately Statement of Account/Invoices.
- Sending out Statement of Account Notification to Customers by e-mail.
- Manage and Maintain efficient related records and files.
- Research, track accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Records & Maintain Efficient Files on Customers Invoices and posting of Project Expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): knowledge in banking and foreign currencies, knowledge in payables and/or receivables, Aptitude for Numbers, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Accounting or equivalent.
