- Provide Service Evaluation Report and weekly service update report.
- Assist in estimating repair costs, ordering parts.
- In-Charge of Assigning and Scheduling Technicians on:
- In-house and on-site repair.
- Sales Support needed on field.
- Technical Support on site for Open House, Product Launching, Workshop, Shows
- Submits Daily Progress Service Report to Management with Efficiency and with positive developments and solutions.
- Participate in proper care of tools and equipment, apply knowledge on-the-job safety practices
- Monitors Service Department to ensure all repairs are completed in timely-manner with efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with both customer and Manufacturer & effectively transferring daily developments and progress to the Service Department.
- Visit on On-site service and on-going project installations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent not necessary but an advantage
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced in Customer Service Support and/or Technical Support
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Leadership Skill is an advantage.
- Required language(s): English and Filipino.
- Must have a professional behavior w/ good moral character.
- Strong interest in Technology
- Customer Service Mindset
- Must be willing to travel to regional and overseas at any time for product & service training
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
