Job Description
- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant;
- Analyzes and plans restaurant sales levels and profitability;
- Organizes marketing activities such as promotional events and discount schemes;
- Creates and executes plans for department sales, profit, and staff development;
- Sets budgets and/or agrees with Area Operations Manager;
- Plans and coordinates menus for the store.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Management or Hotel and Restaurant Management;
- With at least 2-3 years experience in managerial position in a restaurant;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Good communication and leadership skills;
- Excellent in handling people.
