  • Graduate of Business Management or Hotel Restaurant Management;
  • With at least 3-5 years experience in a managerial position in a restaurant, or 2-3 years experience managing multiple branches;
  • Fluent in English and Filipino;
  • Competent in Office Administrative Management;
  • Proficient in Strategic Planning, Training, and Leading, Organizing, and Control
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and leadership skills;
  • Excellent in handling people;
  • Has strategic perspective.
Job Description

Area Operations Managers

  • Strategic Planning
    • Ensures that the Restaurant Manager executes the financial goals and objectives.
    • Coordinates with other departments in the planning, formulation and implementation of control and monitoring tools for operations.
    • Identifies best practices from other restaurants to set benchmarks for standards and improvement.
    • Coordinates with other departments for a new restaurant opening preparations.
    • Makes recommendations to Execom regarding Maintenance and Repairs requested by the Restaurant Manager and secures budget.
    • Approves budget proposals of the Restaurant Manager as per guidelines set by Execom.
    • Reviews manpower plans with Restaurant Managers on a quarterly basis.
    • Ensures all (End of Period) EOP paperwork is submitted on time.
    • Ensures weekly manager meetings are timely, effective and productive.
  • Profitable Growth
    • Checks and analyzes Profit and Loss (P & L) report of all outlets.
    • Reviews with Restaurant Managers the individual P&L line items that need attention.
    • Monitors and approves purchase requisitions of the restaurant.
    • Conducts monthly financial review and makes recommendations in accordance with targets set by the Restaurant Manager.
  • Sales Building
    • Coordinates with Marketing and other departments in conceptualizing and implementing promotions and incentives to meet company goals.
    • Ensures sales building plans for each restaurant are implemented and objectives are met.
    • Ensures proper implementation of all national advertising and Local Store Marketing plans.
    • Reviews LSM recommendations by the Restaurant Manager.
    • Ensures all planned sales building incentives are being executed.
  • People Development
    • Ensures on time training and development of newly hired managers.
    • Monitors the progress and development of Restaurant Managers and management team.
    • Coordinates with the HR Department in the recruitment and selection of all management positions.
    • Recommends manager movements such as transfers, promotions, and termination, based on needs and qualifications.
    • Administers performance evaluation of the Restaurant Managers and gives input on other Manager and Supervisor evaluations.
    • Ensures that Company Policies and Procedures, Rules and Regulations are followed.
  • Operational Standards
    • Ensures that the monthly audits are done and reviews results with the Restaurant Manager.
    • Conducts effective store visits to check for cleanliness, food quality and service standards of the restaurant.
    • Ensure that standard on Food Quality, Customer Service, Cleanliness and Sanitation are implemented consistently.
    • Works with the Restaurant Manager and management team in developing action plans to improve audit scores.
    • Acts as a liaison officer between departments to follow up on restaurant concerns and issues.
    • Follows up on timetables for opening schedules and goal setting deadlines.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Conducts quarterly comparative audits for to ensure operational standards are met.
    • Consolidates a weekly summary report that focuses on the Key Pillars.
    • Communicates and relays updates and information to the General Manager and Execom.
    • Prepares the monthly calendar of activities for all the restaurants.
