Job Description

  • Responsible for all Accounts Receivables, Billing & Collections and submission of weekly/monthly reports to management.
  • Manage & resolve internal and client accounting tasks such as collections, review and processing of account adjustments, resolving discrepancies & short payments as well as monitoring internal accounting procedures.
  • Be accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts and enlists the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
  • Generate weekly sales and collections summary report & monthly financial updates for internal and management review.
  • Encode daily financial activities/records using Quickbooks software.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

  • Required skills: Proficient in MS Office Applications; Knowledge of QUICKBOOKS software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills;
  • At least 1-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in #1 Granada St., Brgy. Valencia, New Manila, Quezon City.
