Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing Moselo as a product inside and out
- Create documentation/report base on customer complaints/questions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Minimum Qualifications
- Min diploma (D3)
- Comfortable using computers and smartphone
- Able to use ms word & excel / google docs & sheet (beginner level)
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
