Job Description
- Responsible for the FDA product registration and regulatory compliance;
- Responsible in complying government requirements when it comes to product development;
- Responsible in complying international requirements of products;
- Ensures that all Licensed to Operate (LTO) and Product Notification or Certificate of Product Registration (CPAR) are valid and properly filed;
- Applies and process sales promotional permit;
- In-charge of FDA inspection in the office;
- Reports to Management all Notice of Deficiencies (NOD) or violations observed upon FDA inspection in the office;
- Studies and complies with the memorandum letter sent by FDA;
- Coordinates with suppliers and toll manufacturers regarding necessary documents needed for FDA registration;
- Attends seminar/workshop needed for FDA and other company purposes;
- Coordinates/assists in the documentary requirements of International clients; and
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the President and/or the CEO from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a Licensed Pharmacist;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- At least two (2) years related work experience;
- Hardworking, responsible, flexible, can work under pressure and under minimum supervision and detail-oriented.
