Job Description
- Sending of rush orders to be sent in Sagawa and EMS.
- Extraction of daily confirmation for each Sales Team.
- Uploading of tracking numbers and Checking and confirmation of daily orders.
- Checking and monitoring of stocks.
- Attend international clients concerns regarding the sending of the parcel or any clients concerns.
- Computation of monthly cash sales and weekly trend report. Checking of OCC / Dealer remittance twice every month. Computation of AE’s awarding – monthly, quarterly and annual results.
- Responsible for the inventory, deliveries, and encoding in the Inventory System.
- Filing of all documents and forms related to the items released. Inventory Month End.
- Monthly (end of the month) physical count of each item and products located within the stock room.
- Preparation of Accounting Reports
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year Business Course;
- Hardworking, analytical, can work under pressure and under minimum supervision;
- Knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel);
- Pleasant personality with positive work attitude, with initiative, with a high sense of responsibility, patient, and keen to details;
- Strong sense of integrity.
