Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor future employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Develop and maintain a strong base of clients
- Collect and track customer data using a relevant customer activity reporting system
- Respond to customer requests with a positive customer-service attitude
- Outreach and sell to prospective customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Years' of sales experience
- Years' of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills (Tagalog and English)
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Customer service oriented
- Entrepreneurial team player mentality
