Job Description
- Managing workflow efficiency by tracking creative workload on a weekly basis
- Processing of accounts receivable and payable
- Screening of possible candidates for human resource / operational requirements
- Designing a filing and retrieval system for all employee requirements and historical records
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial records and HR-related confidential files
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews
- Process / update HMO and other government mandatory and
- Manage possible internal, external and HR projects
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in HR / Operations
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
