Job Description
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the agency website and community page
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to client
- Creating effective content for all Facebook pages
- Developing and managing Digital Marketing campaigns for live client campaigns
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the live digital campaigns of the client brands
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital communication campaigns
- Customer engagement and general community management duties for live client campaigns
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Review new technologies and keep the agency at the forefront of developments in digital communications and develop strategies which seem fit for the social media department’s competency
- Assume accountability on every account managed and ensure client objectives are met
- Team management and Department planning
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as well as informing them about the current work status of their project
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College degree on Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
