Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and process-minded leader to become our Head of E-commerce. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling up e-commerce operations and is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Develop and implement the strategic plan for the e-commerce division, aligning with the overall business goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure optimal performance of our online sales channels.
- Manage the e-commerce team, setting performance goals, providing training, and ensuring the team's continual development.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, logistics, and IT to ensure seamless integration and achievement of objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize strategies.
- Work closely with creative team to design and implement visual content strategy
- Ensure a seamless, on-brand experience for customers across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage the budget for the e-commerce department, ensuring the achievement of revenue goals.
- Ensure the functionality and coordination of the web production and web design team.
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee customer service and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Minimum Qualifications
Onsite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in an e-commerce leadership role with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and SEO strategies.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and metrics.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
The Head of E-commerce should not only have broad knowledge of e-commerce but also demonstrate leadership skills and strategic thinking.
