Job Description
- Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Accounts payables (AP) to local suppliers.
- Invoicing and Accounts Receivables (AR) from clients.
- Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual tax distributions with the various local government agencies (SSS,Philhealth,BIR,HDMF,etc.)
- Preparing annual renewal of corporate documents for submission.
- Managing Petty Cash accounts.
- Forecasting and preparing cashflow projections.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent from a top University;
- Certified Public Accountant preferred;
- Must have at least 1-2 years General Accounting experience and proven professional experience;
- Strong knowledge in the key aspects of accounting specifically in accounts payable and receivable with basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Proficient with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office – specifically Excel;
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret and comprehend financial and non-financial data.
