Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading information technology (IT)-based company that provides superior software solutions that allow client companies and their human resources (HR) teams to best manage their employees for the overall benefit of the businesses. Our highly respected and innovative client is seeking an information technology professional with superior software development and technical support capabilities for the job of Service Desk Analyst. The job is based in BGC, Taguig, Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate is a well-organized individual who is able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced technology environment, working in conjunction with the client services team in performing various implementation duties.

Job summary

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and will be interacting with a diverse group located across the globe. The role is empowered to resolve all issues from minor L1 through challenging L3 issues.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Handling day to day helpdesk support issues
  • Hardware & Software Installations (Desktop & Server Level)
  • Account creation & deactivation
  • Patch Management deployment - S
  • oftware Package installations
  • Document and publish documentation in internal Wiki (SharePoint)
  • Mobility management including creating metrics report on vendors such as AT&T wireless
  • Timely and of high quality response to support requests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve superior customer serviceParticipate in team on-call rotation
  • Develop skills to become progressively proficient within areas of responsibility

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of strong hands-on technical help desk support experience to include
  • Handling performance issues in a Windows environment
  • Network troubleshooting skills
  • Windows Server 2008/2012 based systems management and administration
  • Application Deployments
  • Exchange 2010 Server / Office 365 Management Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Active Directory (Groups, Policies, Security, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Domain Concepts
  • Current A+ Certification
  • Excellent abilities with entire Office 2016 suite of applications
  • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Requirement gathering and analysis skillsFamiliarity with IP telephony and mobile device support
  • Self-motivated and insatiable hunger to learn
  • Strong management and independency skills
  • SCCM, Atlassian Jira / Confluence, SharePoint skills
  • Certifications in Windows 7, 8 or 10, Network+, Microsoft and / or CCNA
  • Understanding of MacOS based Systems
